Helen June Bailey, 84, of Ellwood City passed away Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at Good Samaritan Hospice in Beaver following a lengthy illness. Born June 7, 1937 in New Brighton, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Mary Alice Barnes Wolfe. She was married to Donald E. Bailey Sr. when he passed on March 10, 2008. Helen was first employed by the Providence Hospital and then by the Beaver Valley Medical Center where she ended her 24 years of service as a nurses aide. Daniel J. “Shorty” Senchak, 74, of Wampum passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at his residence. Born December 19, 1947 in New Castle, he was the son of the late Andrew and Carmella Arket Senchak. Shorty was formerly employed at the B&W where he worked as a bricklayer. He was a current member of the Croatian Club in West Pittsburg and the Polish White Eagles Club in Chewton. An outdoorsman, Shorty was an avid hunter and fisherman. Shirley Ann Baird, 72, of North Sewickley Township passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, January 1, 2022 at her residence.
