Born July 4, 1942 in New Castle, he was the son of the late Walter C and Ruth V. (Herold) Werner. Chuck owned and operated Werner Excavating and Trucking Company. He also worked and ran the family farm. Chuck was a member of the Moravia Presbyterian Church where he served as an Elder and a Trustee for a number of years. Born February 26, 1949 in New Castle, he was the son of the late Clair and Laura (Glasser) Leonhardt. Bob retired from Cemex/Medusa after 37 years working as a repairman in the Maintenance Dept. Born December 20, 1933 in Moravia, he was the son of the late Elmer Edward and Essie Mae Kelly Stelter. He was married to Martha Elizabeth Stelter. Charles was a longtime member of the North Beaver Volunteer Fire Department. Born April 7, 1942 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Samuel and Katherine (Krystynski) Tepsich Sr. He was preceded in death by his wife of 42 years Barbara K.
