Patty Lou (Main) Procopio, 91, of Scott Township, passed away peacefully on Dec. 3, 2022, surrounded by her only son, Frank Christopher Procopio, daughter-in-law, Patricia (Bell) Procopio, and her two loving grandsons, Devan and Dylan Procopio of Greentree, PA. Patty was born Sept. 30, 1931, in Ellwood City, PA., daughter of the late Curtis and Edith Main and sister of the late Phyllis Gordon and Delphine Main. Born March 1, 1938 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Ferd and Mildred Keisling Kaufman. He was married to Mary Miller Kaufman. Ronald had graduated from Zelienople High School in 1956. Paul J. McQuiston, 50, of Lowellville Ohio, passed away Saturday, November 26, 2022 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown following a lengthy courageous battle with cancer. Anthony J. “Tony” Biega, 53, of Chewton passed away Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at UPMC Passavant – McCandless following a short illness. Born February 27, 1969 in Ellwood City, he was the son of John Biega Jr. and Gloria Biega. He was married to the late Jackie Biega for over 20 years, until she passed on June 19, 2021. Eleanor S Palatka of Ellwood City, passed away on Monday, November 21, 2022 at Trinity Oaks Personal Care following an extended illness. Eleanor was born September 16, 1928 to the late Joseph and Susanna Fletcher Savu. She was a member of the Lincoln High School class of 1946. Following high school graduation, Eleanor entered the work force as a telephone operator for the Bell Telephone Company in Ellwood City. Barbara Boydell, 88, a lifelong resident of Ellwood City passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2022 following a courageous battle with cancer. Born March 12, 1934 in Frisco, she was the daughter of the late Wilbert C. and Tressa L. (Ritter) Hall. She was married to John Boydell. Barbara was a nurse for over 20 years at the Ellwood Hospital. She enjoyed sewing and gardening. Her most cherished moments were spent with family. Our dear mother was funny, loving, always caring, unselfish, and courageous.
