Born in Chewton, PA August 20, 1937 to William and Imogene Goatley, she graduated from Wampum High School (’55) and Central State University (BA ’60). He was born January 20, 1935 in Ellwood City, PA, son of the late Joseph Petrak and Mary (Strobel) Petrak. Paul died on “he and Viv’s” wedding date. Cuspard, 86, of Rochester (formerly of Ellwood City) passed to his heavenly reward at the right hand of God on Monday, July 22, 2024 at Beaver Valley Nursing and Rehab Center. Born February 13, 1939 in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Emily Trojanowski Steving.
