Kevin “Scott” Brown, 57, of Franklin Twp. died Monday, July 11, 2016. He passed at Allegheny General Hospital surrounded by the presence and words of his entire family. He stubbornly fought a battle with cancer for 4 1/2 years, appearing superhuman these past six months. Born June 10, 1959 in Ellwood City, he was the son of Robert and Marilou Boots Brown of North Sewickley Twp. He was married for 29 years to Terri Garmen Brown as they were married February 14, 1987. (Loveable) Steele, 85 passed to be with her lord and savior peacefully at Butler Memorial Hospital surrounded and embraced by loving family and friends after a valiant battle with heart related issues. Despite the adversity of the final weeks, Doris was spreading happiness and appreciation to various doctors and nurses; their smiles and positive comments were proof. Donna Jean Montozzi, 84, of Spring Hill, Florida (formerly of Ellport) passed away Sunday, June 26, 2016 at Mariner Palms Assisted Living Facility in Florida. Born March 16, 1932 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Sylvester and Hazel Gilchrist Ferrucci. She was married for 65 years to Gene Montozzi as they were married February 3, 1951. He survives. Donna graduated from Lincoln High School and attended the Victor Mannequin Modeling School. She was of the Roman Catholic Faith. Charles R. Hall, 100, of Second St., Ellwood City passed away peacefully Friday, June 17, 2016 at Trinity Oaks Nursing Home following a brief illness. Born July 27, 1915 in Koppel, he was the son of the late William and Nettie Herman Hall. He was married 46 years to Virginia Brooks Hall as they were married on March 23, 1937. Virginia passed away May 15, 1981. Charles graduated from Lincoln High School in 1933 and moved to Ellwood in 1936. Betty J. Wall, 91, of Sherwood Dr., New Galilee (Big Beaver Boro) passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at the Beaver Valley Nursing and Rehab Center following a brief illness. Born February 10, 1925 in Darlington, she was the daughter of the late Howard and Pearl Baker Crees. She was married for 52 years to William Wall as they were married on August 5, 1946 and he passed away August 17, 1998. Betty was a loving wife, sister, mother, and grandmother. Larry O. Fisher, 75, of Wampum died on Friday, June 3, 2016 at his residence following a brief illness. Born September 11, 1940 in Moundsville, WV, he was the son of the late Thomas Clinton and Flossie Virginia Hinnerman Fisher . He was married to Jackie Nativio Fisher on March 23, 2009. She survives.
