Bill was born in Blue Island, IL, on January 1st, 1923. He was married on June 5, 1945 to the love of his life, Constance M. Vota Fischer, who died on December 22, 2000 after more than 55 years of marriage. Born October 16, 1942 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Carmen J. and Elizabeth Muoio Beatrice. He was married for 33 years to Karen Queen Beatrice as they were married February 16, 1983.
