POLICE: Weekly Police Blotter

HARASSMENT:
Trent Sirak, 23, of Ellwood City, is charged with Harassment after an incident occurring on June 25th at approximately 11:00 p.m. Police were dispatched on pursuit of Sirak after a report of harassing and threatening phone calls made by Sirak to a female victim. Through the night the victim called the Police to update them on Sirak’s location and the nature of the phone calls he would make to her. The female related that Sirak accused her of setting him up before asking her to leave with him so he could take her to Pittsburgh. Officers were on patrol and lost Sirak several times before finally losing him on Oswald Street in Chewton according to a criminal complaint. Sirak is wanted on numerous active warrants.

THEFT:
Lasey Loccisano, 38, of Ellwood City, is charged with Theft and Forgery after an incident occurring on June 9th and 10th. According to a criminal compliant, Loccisano forged the victims signature and completed several checks with her name as the payee. The total of the three separate checks cashed at WesBanco was approximately $1,950 according to the complaint.

POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES:
David Meanor, 53, of New Castle, is charged with possession of controlled substance after a traffic stop occurring on July 5th at approximately 8:39 p.m. Officers initiated the traffic stop due to Meanor for running a solid red light traveling eastbound on Line Avenue at its intersection with Pershing Street. After making contact with Meanor and earning reasonable suspicion, police searched the vehicle and found an unmarked pill container according to a criminal complaint. Twenty-nine pills in total were retrieved from the vehicle, later identified as Hydrocodone, a Schedule II controlled substance.

TRESPASSING:
Alexander Breaux, 18, of Parma, Ohio is charged with Criminal Trespassing after an incident occurring on June 23rd at approximately 12:30 a.m. Police were dispatched to the Ellwood City Hospital on a report of trespassing by three individuals in addition to Breaux who had seen the location on TikTok. The group had attempted to break in with a crowbar according to a criminal complaint. The property is closed to the public and is conspicuously posted with “No Trespassing” signs and barriers on all sides of the property.

SIMPLE ASSAULT:
Christopher Bell-Kline, 31, of Seven Fields is charged with Simple Assault and Aggravated Assault after an incident occurring on June 19th. According to a criminal complaint, and at approximately 8:16 p.m., police were dispatched to Thirteenth Street on a reported domestic disturbance between Bell-Kline and a female victim inside a vehicle. Officers were advised by the victim that Bell-Kline was choking her and before officers made contact the victim had fled and Bell-Kline had driven away. Police later interviewed the victim after making contact with her again to which she advised Bell-Kline had entered her place of work where he had then began a verbal argument over another males phone number being in the victims phone the complaint relates. Bell-Kline had then asked the victim to follow him to his car which she did and Bell-Kline then wrapped his hands around her throat and verbally threatened harm on the victim. Officers examined the victims neck and observed minor injuries matching the accusation according to the complaint. Police later conducted a traffic stop on Bell-Kline on Factory Avenue where he was taken into custody.

DUI:
Earl King, 42, of Ellwood City, is charged with DUI after a crash occurring on June 10th at approximately 8:12 a.m. According to a criminal complaint, police were dispatched to Wampum Road on a report of a crash. King’s vehicle was observed to be on its roof due to King being unable to maneuver around a bend. After the vehicle was placed back onto its tires, officers observed an empty bottle of vodka and administered a breathalyzer test on King for which he failed according to the complaint.
