Ellwood City Public Library Activities For Week Of November 10th

The Ellwood City Area Public Library offers a variety of weekly activities. Information is available by calling the library at 724-758-6458.

HOURS

Hours are Monday 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Friday 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Please remember no one is available to take your calls unless it is in the hours listed above.

Activities taking place this week include.

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 10

• 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. – “Interactive Play,” children can play hands-on with various items.
• 1:00 p.m. – “Afternoon Adult Book Group,” will be discussing the book “The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue” by V.E. Schwab.

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 11

• Closed for Veterans’ Day.
• 7:00 p.m. – “Twenty-Something Book Group,” will be discussing the book “The God of the Woods” by Liz Moore on Zoom.

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 12

• 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. – “Interactive Play,” children can play hands-on with various items.
• 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. – “Teen and Tween Afterschool Program,” different activities, snacks and drinks. Note the day changed.
• 6:00 p.m. – “STEAM Storytime,” a story time and a lesson. How to catch a turkey.

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 13

• 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. – “Interactive Play,” children can play hands-on with various items.

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 14

• 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. – “Coloring for Adults,” bring your own material or use the libraries.
• 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. – “Adult Knitting Group,” Come and socialize while you work on a project.

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 15

• 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. – “Adult Holiday Ornament Fundraiser” will take place in the program room. Tickets are $20.
