A free, five-day co-ed basketball camp took place last week for 44 players at the Ewing Park Basketball Courts.
The camp was scheduled for any boy or girl aged 6–12 and ran from 10 a.m. until noon. Camp director Bob Rak led the camp with assistant coaches Father Joe Freddy, Mark Garvin, Brad Brown, Joe Fisher, and Herm Petti.
Coach Rak commented that the campers were all eager to learn, great to work with, and the camp was a huge success. He hopes to continue make this an annual event.
