In a world where weddings, reunions, and milestone celebrations often come wrapped in the stress of logistics, one family-run outdoor event center is rewriting the script.
Located at 1410 Glenwood Ave, Ellwood City, Homesite’s Hidden Events is the brainchild of Dianna and Kevin Moser, who put countless hours and work into transforming a portion of their backyard into an amazing event space. The mid-sized venue is becoming a beloved local gem — not only for its picturesque grounds and all-inclusive services but for the heartwarming family values at the core of every event. The family includes six siblings Travis Moser, Daniel Rayner, Eric Rayner, Dustin Moser, Andrew Rayner, and Jackie Rayner.
Homesite’s Hidden Events is more than a business — it’s a legacy. From the moment guests set foot on the property, it’s clear this isn’t just another rental space. It’s a place where families celebrate life’s biggest moments with the support of a team that treats every guest like one of their own.
“We wanted to make the venue a one-stop shop,” said Eric Rayner, the onsite DJ.
And he’s not exaggerating. The venue offers onsite catering and DJ Services. Catering is provided onsite by J&A Eats, led by Jackie (Eric’s sister) and her husband Andrew Davin, who was the executive chef at Shakespeare’s. J&A offers with custom-tailored menus. The pair also operates a food truck. Eric provides professional DJ services as Rayner Shine Entertainment, the house DJ for Homesite’s.
Whether it’s a rustic outdoor wedding or a whimsical birthday bash, the family works hand-in-hand with clients to shape seamless, stress-free experiences.
J&A Eats and Rayner Shine Entertainment also offer services in the area outside the event venue.
You might find the J&A Food Truck in your neighborhood or catch Rayner Shine Entertainment at one of the local watering holes.
But the family is exciting for an upcoming on-site event … their Open House!

It’s about family, warmth, dedication, and the simple joy of helping people celebrate life together.
The Venue’s History
Eric said the venue has been a labor of love and has developed into a full-on event site over time. The name was given by Dianna and Kevin as they live in the “Homesite’s” neighborhood.
When Travis, eldest son of Kevin and Dianna, needed a wedding venue, Kevin and his sons built a small pavilion in the woods on their property in North Sewickley Township. When their second son, Daniel, also chose this site for his wedding, they added bathrooms. With daughter Jackie next in line, a large pad was constructed to host a sizable commercial tent. This led to the creation of Homesites Hidden Events.
Eric said his step-dad Kevin built everything onsite with his bare hands and with help from the family. He admits that he and his siblings have been blessed with parents who have been supportive of all of their business ventures and all have found a way to bring it all together under one venue.
For families looking for a beautiful, stress-free place to celebrate life’s milestones — with a personal touch you won’t find anywhere else — this event center is more than a venue. It’s a celebration of community, care, and everything that matters most.
