The Ellwood City School district has announced the prom court for 2016. This year’s prom will be held on Friday, May 6 at the Scottish Rite Cathedral in New Castle. This year’s theme is “A Night at Gatsby’s.”
This year’s prom queen court is Emily Brown, Alena Costulas, Nikol Damato, Jodi Iddings, Karington Ketterer, Victoria Ketterer, Molly Morales and Sydney Shurtz. The king court is Justin Baney, Ryan Buzard, Brian Hudson, Keanu Jefferson, Brady Krosior, Carter MacMurdo, Vinny Romanio and Ricky Roth. The king and queen will be crowned at the Cathedral between 9:45 and 10.
Lincoln High Auditorium doors will open at 5 p.m. for Promenade at 5:30. Tickets can be purchased in the Lincoln High School office or at the door that evening for $3.
The After Prom will be held at Holy Redeemer Catholic Center in Ellwood City.
The junior class officers for the Class of 2017 consists of President Erika Walley, Vice President Madison Morella, Secretary Brooklyn Magill, Treasurer Ally Peffer, Prom Co-Chairs Alyssa Myers and Valeria Shaffer.
