Ellwood City boys soccer got their second win of the year on Friday afternoon, defeating rival Riverside 3-0 on the road at Riverside.
Wesley Ketterer and Dom D’Addio put home goals for the Wolverines.
It is believed to be the first victory on the pitch over Riverside in over three decades according to ECWolverines.com.
The Wolverines soccer team (2-5-1 Overall) will next host Riverside in a rematch scheduled for October 1st at 6:30 p.m. at Helling Stadium. The team snapped a 113-match winless streak earlier this month with a victory over South Side
