A lively community event on Saturday, June 14th at the Historical Society took visitors back to the unforgettable years between the Roaring Twenties and the beginning of World War II.
Remembering Ellwood City from the Roaring Twenties through World War II proved to be a highly successful event, sponsored by the Ellwood City Area Historical Society with assistance from the Beaver Valley Model A Ford Club.
“It was such a wonderful event; I am proud of the Historical Society and all those who contributed in any way,” said Mayor Anthony Court.
The event featured a variety of attractions designed to entertain those in attendance while bringing history to life in a fun and engaging way.
Among the featured attractions was vintage Model A and Model T automobiles presented by the Beaver Valley Model A Ford Club.
In closing, the Mayor added, “We are already looking forward to next year’s event!”
