According to Redfin.com, the median sale price of a home in Lawrence County was $163,000 last month, up 9.8% since last year. More specifically, the median sale price of a home in Ellwood City was $162,000 last month, up 40.9% since last year. The median sale price per square foot in Ellwood City is $150, up 68.5% since last year.

Realtor.com suggests Lawrence County as a balanced housing market while Ellwood City is currently a seller’s market.
