June was quite the rainy month, but nonetheless a start of warmer temperatures and the summer season for many area residents.

According to Rocket.com, homes in Lawrence County sold in June 2025 at an median price of $152,256.00, just 1.5% above what they sold for a year ago. However, and more specifically, homes in Ellwood City sold for 5.1% more than they did a year ago in June 2024 with a median sell price of $172,000.00 noting a seller’s market according to Rocket.com
