Harry Robert “Bob” Shirley, 93, of Ellwood City, passed away peacefully at home following an extended illness on January 22, 2024. Mr. Steven J. “Steve” Bagamery, 84, of Ellwood City passed away on Monday, January 22nd, 2024 at Edison Manor in New Castle. Mr. Bagamery was born in Zelienople on December 11th, 1939 to the late Andrew and Teresa (Shamoni) Bagamery Sr.. He had graduated from Zelienople High School with the class of 1959. Paul Robert Zurynski passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 20, 2024, at his residence with his loved ones steadfastly surrounding him. Bruce Myers, 73, of North Sewickley Township, passed away on Friday, January 19, 2024 in his residence surrounded by his family. Born in Ellwood City on December 5, 1950, Bruce was the son of the late Charles and Dorothy Zduniak Myers.  He married the former Kathryn Snider on June 21, 1975.  Bruce graduated from Lincoln High School in 1968. UPDATE (01/22/24): The Ellwood City boys basketball game against New Brighton that was postponed will be made up on January 31st  According to information made available by the school district, the Ellwood City boys basketball game scheduled at New Brighton Friday night has been postponed.
