Ellwood City School District Hall of Fame Committee Accepting Nominations

The Ellwood City Area School District Hall of Fame Committee is accepting nominations for induction as well as applications of interest to serve on the committee.

If you wish to nominate someone for induction to the Hall of Fame, please visit https://www.ecasdk12.org/alumni and complete the nomination form.

Individuals and teams can be nominated under the Distinguished Alumni category for their post graduate professional accomplishments, or under the Athletics category for their achievements as an athlete at Lincoln
High School or beyond. Once an individual is nominated, he or she remains in consideration for the next 3 years. Nominations will be accepted until August 1st, 2024, and a new induction class will be voted upon and announced shortly thereafter.

If you live in the Ellwood City community and are interested in serving on the Hall of Fame Committee, please submit a letter of interest to Hall of Fame President Tom Natale at tnatale@ecasdk12.org.

Committee members organize fundraising events to support the Hall of Fame’s mission, as well as organizing the annual dinner celebration. Committee members vote on the induction classes, but are not allowed to submit nominations for consideration.

The committee exists to honor and recognize individuals and teams associated with Lincoln High School who have experienced significant accomplishments in their chosen sport and/or field.

These individuals have brought distinction, honor, and excellence to Lincoln Jr./Sr. High School and the Ellwood City Area School District by their accomplishments both on and off the field.

The Ellwood City Area School District Hall of Fame Committee unveiled the Hall of Fame in December 2022 to celebrate the professional achievements and athletic accomplishments of Lincoln Jr/Sr High School alumni.

In October 2023, EllwoodCity.org featured a series spotlighting the Ellwood City Area Hall of Fame Induction Class of 2022 leading up to the induction of the 2023 Hall of Fame class that were announced at the Ellwood City 2023 Homecoming Game.
