Ellwood City Alumni Hall Of Fame Announces Second Class

The Ellwood City Alumni Hall of Fame is excited to announce their second class.

“These honorees have been great ambassadors for Lincoln Jr./Sr. High School and Ellwood City, “ said Hall of Fame President Tom Natale. “We look forward to celebrating the achievements of these individuals and teams who have always represented our school so well.”

This year’s class has four individuals and two teams:

  • Mr. James Ammeen
  • Col. Nicole Ewing Hurley
  • Mr. Karl Florie
  • Mrs. Stacey McAnallen McKinney
  • The 1992/93 Lincoln Jr/Sr High School Girls’ PIAA Champion Cross Country Team
  • The 2003 Lincoln Jr/Sr High School Boys’ PIAA Champion Baseball Team

The class of inductees will be honored at a celebration dinner on Friday, December 8, 2023, and will be recognized during the halftime of the varsity basketball game that same evening.

Last December, the Ellwood City Area School District Hall of Fame Committee unveiled the Hall of Fame to celebrate the professional achievements and athletic accomplishments of Lincoln Jr/Sr High School alumni.

In October, EllwoodCity.org featured a series spotlighting the Ellwood City Area Hall of Fame Induction Class of 2022 leading up to the induction of the 2023 Hall of Fame class that were announced at the Ellwood City 2023 Homecoming Game.
