Mayor Anthony J. Court presented a proclamation this week to Tony “Hoots” Mazzei for his recent Heritage Marker from Beaver County Historical Research and Landmark Foundation.
Mayor Court recognized Mr. Mazzei for his historical significance for his building at 1001 South Second Street, Ellwood City, PA.
Mayor Court emphasized throughout Tony and his family’s history in business this location has become an integral part of the Ellwood City community and now is declared a historical landmark in accordance with the Beaver County Historical Research and Landmark Foundation.
Mayor Anthony J. Court along with the Borough of Ellwood City declared October 7, 2023 “ Tony “Hoots” Mazzei” day in the Borough of Ellwood City.
The mayor expressed his sincere appreciation and gratitude for Tony’s dedication and commitment to serving his community.
