The Ellwood City Oktoberfest Tickets are now on sale.
Oktoberfest, a partnership of community organizations, is in its 13th year and will take place on Saturday, October 7th in Ewing Park.
The Wolves Club, Rotary Club of Ellwood City and the Ellwood City Lions fundraiser highlights craft brewers, sampling of a variety of craft beers, raffles, auctions and games. Net proceeds of the event go to support the clubs’ programs and projects for the Ellwood City Area community.
The Wait, a New Castle band, will be playing during the event and you will hear the sounds of our very own strolling German Accordion performer. Food favorites will be on hand to sample including, pretzels, pepperoni puffs, haluski, beer cheese, french fries, fish, sausage and hot dog sliders.
Check out all the great merchandise that will be up for silent auction which has been generously donated.
Some of the items will be on display at Ellwood City Candy Company, 705 Lawrence Avenue, Ellwood City. Previous years included items such as small fridges, yeti coolers, TVs, skateboards, wooden benches and wagons.
There will be over 100 Buckets in the annual Bucket Raffle. Beers and other beer merchandise are present is a metal bucket which can be used cooling your beverages. Test your strength at holding a full beer stein, toss some bottle caps for prizes. Enjoy the over 100 craft and home brewed beverages.
Advanced ticket price is $30.00 with a portion of the proceeds to be donated to the ECVFD Advanced Life Support Program. Door price is $35.00 Ticket price includes food and beverage. Tickets can be purchased by any member of the listed organizations, Pete’s Uptown Beverage and Ellwood City Candy Company.
