Ms. Vicki Lynn Gerard, 65, of Ellwood City passed away on Monday, November 28th, 2022 at The Grove in New Castle.
Vicki was born on September 17th, 1957 in Ellwood City to the late Joseph C. and Martha Ann (Havern) Gerard. She graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1976. Vicki worked at Christy’s Family Restaurant for years as a waitress, and then worked as a Certified Nurse’s Assistant at the Passavant nursing home in Zelienople for 15 years. She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church. Vicki enjoyed puzzles, card games, reading and playing bingo with her friends. She was also an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Pirates and looked forward to her trips to the beach, specifically Wildwood Beach in New Jersey. The most important thing in Vicki’s life was her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed.
She is survived by her sons, Benjamin (Melissa) Davis of Ellwood City, Matthew (Megan) Davis of Ellwood City, and Bill (Kelley) Davis of Darlington, grandchildren, Gabrielle Lynn Davis, Drake Davis, Hannah Davis, Owen Davis, Adelyn Davis, Trinity Davis, and Tyson Davis, sisters, Denise Gerard of Ellwood City, Lisa (Rick) Jones of West Pittsburgh, and Kerry (John Wuycik) McShane of Ambridge, brothers, Joseph (Tricia) Gerard of Henderson, NV, and Timothy (Lori) Gerard of Rimersburg, and her brother-in-law, Joseph Gillespie.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Joyce Gerard in infancy, Cheryl Tribuzio, and Lori Jo Gillespie, and brother-in-law, Richard Tribuzio.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 2nd, from 2pm until the time of memorial service at 4pm at the Samuel A. Teolis Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., with Pastor Peggy Suhr-Barkley officiating. Inurnment will take place at the Slippery Rock Cemetery.
Memorial donations in Vicki’s name may be made out the Trinity Lutheran Church.
