Ellwood City Public Library Activities For Week of October 3

The Ellwood City Area Public Library offers a variety of weekly activities. Information is available by calling the library at 724-758-6458.

Hours are Tuesday 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Friday 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Please remember no one is available to take your calls unless it is in the hours listed above.

Activities taking place this week include.

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 4

  • 10:00 a.m. – “Baby Laptime” a program for babies, toddlers and pre-school age children. Registration is requested.

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 5

  • Story walk for the month of October will be through Lawrence Avenue. Can call for more details.
  • 3:00 p.m. – “Hooked on Books Book Group,” will be discussing the book “Beneath” by Roland Smith
  • 6:00 p.m. – “Family Storytime” a program for babies, toddler, and pre-school age children. Registration is requested.
  • 6:30 p.m. – “Evening Book Group,” will be discussing the book “They Went Left” by Monica Hesse

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 6

  • 10:00 a.m. – “Pre-School Storytime” a program for pre-school age children that are toilet trained. Registration is requested.

SAVE THE DATE

  • October 15th – Read with the dogs is back!
  • October 10th – October 15th Book Sale! Monday October 10th there will be a bake sale. Saturday October 15th will be “Bag Day”.
