Donna Evans, 79, of Ellwood City, PA, passed away on March 27 2022, surrounded by her loving family at her home following a courageous battle of cancer.
Donna was born on June 26th, 1942 to the late Christina (DeMasse) Condi and Anthony Condi in Ellwood City, PA. After graduating from Lincoln High School, the class of 1961. Donna worked for Loccisano’s in the bakery for many years until she retired in 2014. She spent the rest of her retirement and life spending time with her family, friends and beloved grandchildren. Donna was often referred to as the neighborhood grandma, you never could leave her house with an empty stomach. Donna was very loved, but the real honor was being loved by her.
Donna is proceeded in death by her parents, brother and 3 sisters in infancy.
Donna is survived by her 3 daughters, Doris Evans and Cindy Evans of Ellwood City, and Lynann (Tony) Sobotka of Adrien, Pa. 7 grandchildren, Brett (Ashley) Evans, Dakota (Ashley) Clingensmith, Brittani (Tim) Kay, Tyler Clingensmith, Ty Lane Curry, Cj Evans all of Ellwood City, Pa, and Leah (Donnie Mitcheltree) Evans of New Castle, Pa. And 6 great grandchildren, Reece, Arieanna, Easton, Adrien, Talon and Troy.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 5-8 pm and on Thursday from 10:00 am until the time of the Blessing Service at 11:00 am at the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home and Crematory Inc. with Father Mark Thomas officiating. Interment will be at the Holy Redeemer Cemetery.
