Glenn “Bud” Czerpak, 67

Mr. Glenn “Bud” Czerpak, 67, of Wayne Township passed away on Wednesday, March 2nd, 2022 at the UPMC Jameson Hospital in New Castle.

Glenn was born in Greensburg, PA on March 18th, 1954 to the late Anthony and Audrey (Saint) Czerpak. He had graduated from Hempfield High School. Glenn worked at Mayfield Foundry, Blank’s Supply, and most recently with the Perry Township Road Crew. He enjoyed woodworking, hunting, restoring farm tractors, and most of all his grandchildren especially watching them play sports.

He is survived by his wife, Lisa (McQuiston) Czerpak whom he married on March 15th, 1973, daughter, Jennifer (Dan) Kirberney of North Sewickley Twp., sons, Mark Czerpak (Susie Jance) of Wampum and Bryan (Jeannette) Czerpak of Ellwood City, and grandchildren, Cameron, Kayla, and Macie Kirberney, Lillye, Lane, Meghan, Logan, and Lauran Czerpak. Bud is also survived by his sisters, Peggy (John) Gray of Mt. Pleasant and Jackie Czerpak of Akron, Ohio, and brothers, Tony Czerpak of Akron, Ohio and Randy Czerpak of Bryan, Texas.

Family and friends will be received on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home and Crematory Inc.. A private service for Glenn will be held for the family on Tuesday at the Funeral Home with Pastor Chris Kindele officiating. Interment will be at the Mt. Hope Cemetery in Wayne Township.

    Glenn was a true gentleman. He was always kind, patient and never complained. We enjoyed having him as our patient. We will miss his dry sense of humor and gentle spirit.
