Ellwood City Tennis Set To Host Mini-Clinic

Ellwood City Tennis will be conducting a tennis clinic for any boy or girl interested in learning the basics of tennis.

The tennis clinic will be held on June 28th, 29th, and 30th, 2021 at the Ewing Park Courts from 10:00 a.m to 11:15 a.m.

Any child ages 5-12 is eligible to sign up and participate. Each participant will receive a t-shirt. The clinic will promote tennis skills from the basic to moderate level.

“We have coaches, instructors, and players help run the clinic,” said Ellwood City head coach John DiBuono. “We hope that elementary aged students will gain an interest in the game of tennis.”

The clinics have been going on for about 6 years according to DiBuono.

“Tennis is a sport that can be played throughout a lifetime,” says DiBuono.

The cost is $25.00 checks payable to Ellwood City Girls Tennis.  Deadline to register is June 19th 2021.
