Police asked Brandon to leave, to which he walked to 7/11 to ask permission to leave his motorbike in their parking lot due to his intoxicated state. Police let Brandon roll his bike up the street to the gas station and cleared.

Police then received a call that Brandon was back at Hazel Manor and now was trying to fight everyone that left the establishment. Brandon was arrested at 2:10 AM on the 7th and was released to his girlfriend after being given a Public Drunkenness Citation.
