Ellwood City Police Officers Make Donation Towards LHS Field Trip

Mayor Anthony Court and Lt. David Kingston representing the Ellwood City Police Officers make a donation towards an annual field trip for Lincoln High School students, Teacher Mr. Gaibis, U.S. Advanced Placement Government and Politics class.

The students will be attending a Pennsylvania Supreme Court session in Philadelphia in March of 2020.  The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania is the highest court in the Commonwealth and the oldest appellate court in the nation.

The students will meet with Supreme Court Justice Debra McCloskey Todd, a 1975 graduate of Lincoln High School.

Mayor Anthony Court, Lt. David Kingston, and David Gaibis, Class Sponsor are all classmates of Supreme Court Justice Debra Todd, as 1975 graduates of LHS. Debra Todd has served on Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court since 2008.
