“You got to make a move
You got to shift into gear
You got to buckle down and give it a whirl
The scene is set right out of a book
With a sunset and a beautiful girl”

A fairytale of epic proportions, Lincoln High School’s production of “Shrek the Musical” gives a whole new meaning to love, friendship, and adventure. Shrek isn’t like the other “guys.” He sets out to rescue a fiery princess with his comic sidekick Donkey. Along the way they run into misfits and villains. Does he save his beloved princess? You’ll have to check out the musical to find out. Shrek provides a storyline that lends a message that looks aren’t everything; it’s what’s in the heart that matters.

With a cast of over 75 high-school students and children bringing the tale to life, we sat down with the four leads of the “Shrek the Musical” cast for some Q&A.
