First United Methodist To Host Annual Turkey Dinner

First United Methodist Church of Ellwood City is hosting its 42nd annual turkey dinner on Saturday, November 2, 2019.

The event is scheduled to be held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the church located at 416 Crescent Avenue in Ellwood City.

Tickets: Adults are $12.00; Kids Ages 6 to 10 are $5.00; Kids 5 and under are FREE.

For tickets, call the church 724-758-6278 Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to Noon or buy tickets from a church member.

In addition to the traditional turkey and stuffing, this year’s menu will include apple sauce, cranberry sauce, green beans, mashed potatoes, hot gravy, roll and butter, a choice of pies and cakes and hot coffee, water and blend. Before or after dinner, guests may consider the crafts and sweets at the mini-bazaar in the church’s upstairs social room next to the sanctuary.

Proceeds from the annual event will sponsor various programs and activities at First United Methodist in Ellwood City, including youth activities, summer camp scholarships, daily vacation Bible school and mission, evangelism and worship programs.
