Ellwood City’s 7th Summer Concert Series in the Community Plaza will begin June 15th with the Harmony-Zelienople Community Band kicking off the series. The concert series schedule is as follows:
• Saturday, June 15 – Harmony-Zelienople Community Band
• Saturday, June 22 – Michael Christopher
• Wednesday, July 3 – Tim Zimmerman & the King’s Brass
• Saturday, July 20 – Harmony-Zelienople Jazz Band
• Saturday, July 27 – Jeff Wiley & the Coyotes
• Saturday, August 3 – 2nd Avenue Project
• Saturday, August 10 – Wrangler Band
The concerts are FREE and performances, which begin at 7:00 pm, are planned and hosted by the Concert Series Committee and Ellwood City Community Enrichment. Remember to bring your chair!
The Concert Series is made possible by many volunteers and generous sponsorships. The performances are also sponsored by Ellwood City area businesses and individuals including; Ellwood Group Inc, Blank Concrete & Supply, Lindy Paving, WesBanco Bank, Katy’s Baked Goods, Blanche Novak, Women of Faith International Inc, and Wurtemburg Presbyterian Church. Performances have also been made possible by the Lawrence County Commissioners, the Caroline Knox Memorial Fund and the May Emma Hoyt Foundation.
