It’s that time again and plans are underway for the 46th annual Wampum Area Christmas Parade. The parade will be held on Saturday, December 1st at 1:00 p.m.
This event is sponsored by the Wampum America Legion Post 749, American Legion Auxiliary, Wampum Lions Club, Wampum Area Women’s Club, and Wampum Area Business Association.
A special feature of the parade is giving treats to the children, in the Wampum Area that are between the ages of 1-12 and who are registered, by Santa. However, in order to make this feature and parade a success, the parade is asking for your financial support.
If you wish to make a donation, please make your check payable to ” Wampum Area Christmas Parade” and have it mailed to Robert C. Shrock at 1061 Main St. Wampum Pa, 16117.
