Game Site Information for Softball Playoffs at West Allegheny

May 23^rd – South Side Beaver vs. Chartiers Houston – 4pm Ellwood City vs. Southmoreland – 6pm

Congratulations to those schools advancing their playoff experience in WPIAL softball. Above is listed the dates, times and location for your semi-final game.

West Allegheny is located at 205 West Allegheny Rd., Imperial, PA 15126 for those needing an address for GPS.

Parking will be available at various locations on our campus. Please park in designated areas only. We also encourage fans to bring chairs for seating on the hilltop and outfield. We will have two separate tables for admissions, which are $7 for adults and $5 for students. We will be dismissing school at 2:35 so please know that our buses will start to depart the high school and middle school (both are next to each other on the same campus) at approximately 2:45. Please call with the approximate time of your bus’s arrival.

We are anticipating having an announcer so please forward to me a copy of your team roster in the WPIAL roster specs.

There will be a Licensed Athletic Trainer at WA but we highly recommend you provide your own medical coverage to take care of your athlete’s needs.

• Of special note is the change in home team designation. The top of the bracket will occupy the 1^st base dugout and will also be the HOME TEAM. No coin toss needed.

Please have the school administrator check in upon arrival. They are not needed at home plate for ground rules or pre-game instruction but just to know their location if any issues arise.

We will turn the field over at 3:30 for pre-game warmups. South Side Beaver will take the first 10 minutes of infield followed by Chartiers Houston. For the second game Ellwood City will take infield first followed by Southmoreland.
