CCBC Nursing Educator Named PA Practical Nursing Administrators’ “Educator of the Year”

(Monaca, PA) – Community College of Beaver County (CCBC) today announced associate professor of nursing, Sally Fitzgerald, MSN, RN, CCM, has been named Pennsylvania Practical Nursing Administrators’ (PAPNA) Educator of the Year. CCBC Honors Graduates, Welcomes Back Founding Faculty Leader, and Debuts Long-Lost Alma Mater

Monaca, PA – Community College of Beaver County (CCBC) held its annual Commencement ceremony on Thursday, May 4 to recognize the Class of 2017 and conclude a year-long celebration of the College’s 50th anniversary. 435 students, who completed their studies in August 2016, December 2016, and May 2017, were awarded an associate degree, certificate, or diploma from the School of Aviation Sciences; School of Nursing and Allied Health; and School of Business, Arts, Sciences, and Technology. CCBC Celebrates Student Success at First Annual Night of Excellence

Aliquippa, PA – On a beautiful spring evening, Community College of Beaver County brought together faculty and staff, trustees, donors, and families to recognize and celebrate 120 students who this year have achieved success in the classroom, on campus, and in the community. Two CCBC Students Named to All-Pennsylvania Academic Team and Honored in Harrisburg

Monaca, PA – Each year, Pennsylvania’s 14 community colleges together with Phi Theta Kappa, the international two-year college honor society, name community college students from across the Commonwealth to the All-PA Academic Team for their academic achievements in the classroom and volunteerism in their communities. CCBC and Point Park Sign Agreement

Monaca, PA –Community College of Beaver County (CCBC) and Point Park University are teaming up to provide CCBC students with another option as they pursue associate and bachelor’s degrees.
