The longest losing streak (27 games) in the WPIAL is officially over as the Wolverines cruised to their first victory in 4 years, defeating the Carlynton Cougars 46-6 on Friday night. The Cougars started the night off with electing to receive the ball after winning the coin toss, showing that they wanted to start on offense early. Wayne Township Clean-Up Day Announced

Wayne Township residents are invited to participate in the annual clean-up day that will take place on Saturday, October 8, 2022 from 8:00 a.m. until Noon at the Wayne Township Municipal Building. Dr. Nick Neupauer, an Ellwood City native and the longest-serving chief executive officer in the 57-year history of Butler County Community College, will receive on Wednesday an inaugural leadership award named after a longtime Lawrence County resident.
