Life Line Screening will be performing a day of preventive health screenings at Calvin Presbyterian Church on Wednesday, October 19, 2022.
The Community Health Screening Event helps bring important health tests to the community at an affordable price. The tests look to identify risk factors that can lead to cardiovascular disease, stroke and other serious illnesses.
Life Line Screening uses these non-invasive methods to get you lab-accurate results and recommendations you can review with your doctor. Five screenings are available for $149.00. Calvin Church is located at 615 Crescent Avenue, Ellwood City, PA 16117
