EC Medical Center: Helping Raise Money for Hayden Hamilton, Offering Flu Vaccines

The Ellwood City Medical Center is supporting Hayden Hamilton, a sophomore at linebacker at Laurel High School who sustained a serious spinal injury during a football game on August 31, 2018.

Hayden went through a nine-hour surgery at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh to isolate the fractured vertebrae and assess the damage to his spinal cord.  Hayden said he’s hopeful to be home by the end of November. He said he is most excited to see his dogs, in an interview with WFMJ.com earlier this month.

Everyone can help Hayden by purchasing a t-shirt for $15, available in sizes Medium, Large, XL and 2XL. All proceeds are going to his medical bills.

To order your tee-shirt or donate, call the Ellwood City Medical Center at 724-752-6511.
