Charles W. Evans, Jr., 59, of Butler PA, formerly of Ellwood City, passed away on Tuesday evening, February 6 2018 at a friend’s residence.
He was born in Ellwood City on February 2 1959 to Joan Gosciewski Evans of Ellwood City, and the late Charles William Evans Sr.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Evans.
He is survived by, in addition to his mother Joan Evans, by two sons, Christopher J. Evans of Newport NC; and Charles David Evans of Elizabeth City NC.
Also surviving is one sister, Patricia (and Allen) Hutchins of East Greenbush NY; and one aunt and one uncle: Barbara (James) Leise of Slippery Rock PA; and S. William (Betsy) Gosciewski of Sydney OH.
No public visitation is planned. A memorial service will be conducted in the Spring.
The TURNER FUNERAL HOME, 500 Sixth Street, Ellwood City, is entrusted with arrangements.
