Due to the overwhelming participation with previous years, our annual child’s Costume Contest is happening again!
We will be accepting photo submissions starting October 31st and ending Nov 2. Submissions will appear on our Facebook gallery page for voting beginning Friday, November 3rd and voting runs through Thursday, November 9th.
The Rules:
1. Dress your kids up for Halloween!
2. Submit the best photo of your child in his/her costume to EllwoodCity.org
3. VOTE!
4. Win and collect your prize!
The top two winners will receive a cash prize. More information to be announced.
