DUI Man Says “Just Arrest Me Already”

According to the criminal compliant on July 30, at approximately 2:20 a.m., officers were dispatched for a DUI at the Ellwood City McDonalds. Officers made contact with the Joseph Michael Marino, 30, of Pittsburgh, Marino said “just arrest me already. I know I’m drunk and I know I’m not going to pass.” Marino was taken to the Ellwood City Hospital and later charged with two counts of DUI.

According to the criminal complaint on July 18, an officer conducted a traffic stop on Fountain Avenue and Fifth Street for a car that had a burnt out tail light. The defendant, Ryan Scott Slicker, 21, of New Galilee appeared under the influence and was taken to the Ellwood City Hospital resulting in three counts of DUI.

Barry’s Bad Check

According to the criminal complaint, Melissa Marie Neiderer, 24, of Ellwood, was recently charged with two counts of theft, one count of receiving stolen property and one count of bad checks. On July 19, Neiderer bought gas Barry’s Service Station on Line Avenue and paid with a check that bounced. Total loss of the victim was $70.00.

Loccisano’s Bad Check

According to the criminal complaint David Allan Marsh, 32, of Ellwood City, was accused of writing several bad checks to Loccisano’s Golden Dawn between the dates of June 21- June 23, the losses totaling an amount of $646.26.
