Word Alive Church Hosting Vacation Bible School

All are welcome in this place. Word Alive Church will be hosting Mystery Island Vacation Bible School that began on Monday July 12 and it will run until July 16th. The Bible School will take place from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and is open to children in grades Kindergarten through Fifth Grade. Children will partake in a daily Bible lesson, fun crafts, exciting games, and snacks. The Bible School will be taking place at Word Alive Church. The Church is located at 124 Scenic Hill Blvd.    


Word Alive Church To Host Free Drive-In Movie

Looking for a fun Friday night family activity? Head over to Word Alive Church tomorrow night (July 24) for a free drive-in movie night. “Word Alive is putting this event on to give a safe fun event for the community during the pandemic,” said Word Alive Church Pastor Matthew Reynolds. “We will also offer free popcorn and snacks (handed out in prepackaged bags). Word Alive Church to Host Food Distribution Today

Word Alive Church, 124 Scenic Hill Blvd., will be hosting a food distribution today (May 27) from 12 to 2 p.m. According to Word Alive’s Lead Pastor Matthew Reynolds there are no requirements to qualify for the event and he is happy to be able to help Ellwood City’s residents. “A church in new castle called us two weeks ago and wondered if we would want to help distribute free food every other Wednesday in Ellwood City,” he said “We of course, said yes.” Reynolds said each car will receive 6 -1/2 gallons of milk, a box of mixed dairy…


Word Alive Church Showcases Drive-In Easter Service

Word Alive Church celebrated Resurrection Day live never before on Sunday. The Ellwood City church offered its one hour service on Sunday via drive in and online. Drive-in guests parked their vehicles in respective spots facing the church and tuned their car radio to 88.3 FM to hear the worship service. All children (age 3-11) who attended received a special Easter gift bag.
