This week Mayor Anthony J. Court presented commendations to a group of individuals who played a part in getting the pickleball park in Ewing Park. Council members George Celli, Michelle Lamenza, and Jim Barry, along with Borough Manager Kevin Swogger, John Dibuono, and Kitchen Cabinet members Earla Marshall, Barb Bohizic, and Brian Franksain were on hand for the commendations presented by Mayor Court. Pickleball Court a “Hit” in Ewing Park

If you have noticed something new this year in Ewing Park … it’s probably the pickleball court. Councilwoman Judith Dici saw the sport growing in popularity and when she realized that it was a sport that many ages and skill levels could enjoy, she decided to bring the idea to Ellwood City Borough Council. Pickleball To Be Offered At Ellwood City Family Center

Pickleball anyone? Come play the fastest growing sport in the nation! John DiBuono will be leading the weekly indoor sessions that begin Tuesday, January 3, 2022 at the Ellwood City Family Center from 4:30 to 5:45 p.m. Pickleball will be played every Tuesday through February 28, 2022 and will be ages 12 to 100 and all skill levels.
