The Ellwood City American Legion Post 157 is hosting the Vietnam Moving Wall in Ewing Park on August 18th through August 22nd. The event is free to the public. The Moving Wall will be located in the same area of Ewing Park as the Festival. Rocky Bleier to Speak at The Moving Wall in Ellwood City

Former Pittsburgh Steeler star running back and Vietnam veteran, Robert Patrick “Rocky” Bleier, will be the featured speaker at the opening ceremony for The Moving Wall to be displayed in Ellwood City’s Ewing Park from August 18 to 22, 2022. Vietnam Veterans Moving Wall Memorial Exhibit Needs Volunteers

The Ellwood City American Legion Post 157 is preparing to host the Vietnam Moving Wall in Ellwood City on August 17-22, 2022 and is need of volunteers. The Moving Wall is a portable, half-size replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C. that has been touring the country for over 30 years. The first organizational meeting for this patriot event will be held at the Ellwood City Historical Society Center, 310 5th Street, Ellwood City. Vietnam Veterans Moving Wall Memorial Exhibit Needs Volunteers; Meeting Set for Tomorrow

The Vietnam Veterans Moving Wall Memorial will be coming to Ellwood City in August. In order for the exhibit to be a success, the committee is seeking volunteers to help with all aspects of the exhibit. A meeting will be held on February 20 at 6:30 at the Historical Society at 310 5th Street. The actual wall will be featured in Ellwood City August 20-24.
