National Prescription Drug Take Back Day is Saturday, April 26, 2025, from 10am-2pm (local time) at locations nationwide. This event, which happens twice a year, is a safe, convenient, and responsible way to dispose of unused or expired prescription drugs at locations in communities throughout the country. Franklin Township Announces 2025 Clean Up Day

Clean up your yard, clean up your home, and clean up your garage! Franklin Township residents are invited to participate in a township clean-up day planned for Saturday, May 3, 2025. The event will begin at 8:00 a.m. and last until 2:00 p.m. for township residents. Residents can drop off trash at the Franklin Township Building located on Route 288 in Fombell. Local Donation Effort For Hurricane Milton Victims Begins This Week

Less than two weeks after Hurricane Helene made landfall on September 26th plowing through the South, a second hurricane ravished the southern landscape. Hurricane Milton made landfall on October 9th on the west coast of Florida, knocking out power to more than 3 million customers and whipping up 150 tornado warnings.
