The devastation of Hurricane Helene throughout Tennessee and North Carolina is unprecedented. Thousands of people are stranded without food, water, electricity, and other necessities. Those spared by the storm are doing everything possible to help those in need. CCBC honors and air traffic control student Meredith Cote is one of those people. Meredith is organizing a volunteer effort to collect supplies for those in Eastern Tennessee and North Carolina affected by the hurricane. CCBC and Penn State Beaver Sign New Agreement

CCBC and Beaver County Airport Authority Announce Plans for 21st Century Aviation Facility

CHIPPEWA TWP. – Several years in the making, Community College of Beaver County (CCBC) and the Beaver County Airport (BVI) Authority task force announced plans to renovate and create a joint 21st Century aviation facility at the Beaver County Airport. The concept went before the Chippewa Township Planning Commission at their May 14 meeting. On Thursday, May 17, officials from Butler County Community College, Community College of Beaver County, Ellwood City Chamber of Commerce and Lincoln and Riverside high schools had an announcing ceremony to kick off the RIV-ELL Entrepreneurship Program.
