Mayor Anthony J. Court awarded the final 2025 Beautification Award to Charlotte Regna of 860 Constitution Avenue. “Charlotte’s dedication is clearly reflected in her beautiful yard, her efforts have truly paid off,” said Mayor Court. As part of the recognition, Charlotte received a decorative yard sign and a gift certificate to a local restaurant. This presentation marks the conclusion of the 2025 awards season.
