Justin Hand, a soon-to-be-senior at Riverside High School, finished with a second-round 77 last Tuesday, missing the cut after his first two rounds (76+77=153) at the 2019 US Junior Amateur Championship. Hand had qualified for the tournament after finishing first in a field of 46 golfers at a sectional qualifier held in June at Grove City Country Club.
