According to a press release made available by the Borough of Ellwood City, the borough is advertising for the vacancy on the Civil Service Commission.  The notice reads as follows: BOARD VACANCY: Ellwood City Borough Council is advertising the vacancy on the Civil Service Commission. Any Borough resident interested in serving on the Commission is asked to submit a letter of interest to the Borough Secretary, 525 Lawrence Avenue, Ellwood City, PA 16117. All letters must be due/postmarked on or before 4:00 p.m on January 31, 2024.
