Ronald R. Bubb, 57, of Wayne Township passed away on Thursday, January 27th, 2022 at the Brighton Rehabilitation and Wellness Center. Ronald was born on March 15th, 1964 in Ellwood City to William A. and Phyllis J. (Richt) Bubb also of Wayne Twp.. Ron graduated from Lawrence County Vo-Tech where he learned the welding trade. He had worked at the Butler Auto Auction and Manheim Auto Auction. He is also a member of the Ellwood City Historical Society. Ron enjoyed working on cars and tractors, music, and loved all animals. Anna Elizabeth (Jaworsky) Hobel, 99, of Aiken, South Carolina, formerly a longtime resident of Slippery Rock Township, went to her heavenly home Saturday morning, January 22, 2022, in Silver Bluff Grove. Mrs. Hobel was born March 17, 1922, in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania to Fred and Mary Jaworsky. She enjoyed gardening, being outdoors, playing cards, spending time with family and friends. Primarily a homemaker, she had also worked at Reliable Luggage, Ellwood City, for several years. Mr. Carl E. Falen, 91, beloved father and grandfather, passed away on Thursday, January 20th, 2022 at the ripe age of 91, surrounded by family at his home in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania. Lee Bucci, Sr., 90, from Homosassa, Florida passed away on January 17, 2022 from heart complications at Bayfront Health Hospital in Crystal River, Florida after a short two-day stay. He was a former employee of the formal George K. Garrett Line of Ellwood City, PA. He had various other jobs in his younger years. Mr. Frank J. Aquino, 84, of Ellwood City passed away on Tuesday, January 18th, 2022 at the UPMC Jameson Hospital in New Castle. Mr. Aquino was born in Beaver Falls on February 15th, 1937 to the late Dominic and Mary (Reda) Aquino.
