Dorothy H. Walters, 102, of Grove City passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2024, in Denver, NC. at the home of her daughter. Dorothy was the daughter of the late Thomas and Gertrude (Palm) Reno and was born November 6, 1921, in Ellwood City. She is survived by her two children: Paula Hartman of Denver, NC and Robert “Bob” Walters and his wife Molly of Mableton, GA; grandchildren, Luke Walters (Jennifer) and Kathryn Lowell (Mike); great-grandchildren: Ashlynne and Isabelle “Izzy” Walters and Haley and Olivia Lowell. On March 19, 1945 Minnie’s husband Sam was a survivor of the attack on the USS Franklin during World War II that killed over 700 men. On that day Sam always took off work as it was his “Lucky Day”. His lucky day still exists as his beloved wife Minnie went to join him for eternity as she passed away on his Lucky Day at Northview Estates. Mr. Edward L. Annarumo, 68, of Norwalk, Ohio passed away on Sunday, March 17th, 2024 at the Cleveland Metro Health Medical Center. Edward was born in Ellwood City on December 20th, 1955 to the late Anthony Annarumo and Eleanor (Greco) Lively. He had graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1974. Born November 14, 1942 in Burns, OR, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Olive Parsons Pierce. Edna worked in housekeeping and laundry for 33 years at the Holiday Inn.
