Barbara A. Welsh, 81, of Ellwood City (Slippery Rock Twp.) passed away Saturday, May 6, 2023 at Avalon Place following a brief illness. Born June 10, 1941 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late William J. and Ada Wilson Doak. She was married to Ronald E. Welsh for 63 years as they were married June 18, 1959. He survives. Barbara retired as the Business Manager following 30 years with the Ellwood City Ledger. She was a 1959 graduate of Lincoln High School and an active member of the Harmony Baptist Church. Charles Louis Sari, 93, of Perry Township went home to be with his Savior on Wednesday, May 3, 2023. Born May 22, 1929 in Ellport Borough, Ellwood City, PA he was the son of the late Frank and Mary Black Sari. He married the love of his life Lois J. Sari on March 25, 1948. They shared 71 years together until her passing on April 15, 2019. He was employed for 43 1/2 years by Ellwood City Iron Wire as a Supervisor. After retirement, he enjoyed working part-time at J.F. Mary M. Guerrini, 82, of Ellport, passed away at her residence on Wednesday, May 3, 2023. Born in Caserta, Italy on September 26, 1940, Mary was the daughter of the late Vincent and Rose Biasucci DiFusco.  She was preceded in death by her husband, John Guerrini on October 14, 2022.  They were married on April 4, 1959.  Mary was a florist at Guerrini’s Floral Shop and later worked at the Knitting Mill, Dust Proof, Romar and Fotia’s.  She was a member of Divine Grace Parish, Holy Redeemer Church, where she was a member of the Christian Mothers.  Mary enjoyed crocheting…
